Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
Plain-language terms for an early-stage product, not formal legal boilerplate. See also the Privacy Policy.
What FATHmic is
FATHmic takes a topic you provide, generates a structured map of the decisions and considerations inside it using AI models, and writes a result based on what you select. It's a starting point for understanding or planning something — not a verified authority. FATHmic isn't a scientist, a doctor, a lawyer, or omniscient. What comes back is only as specific and sound as what you put in and picked. Confirm anything that actually matters against a real, qualified source before acting on it.
No warranty
FATHmic is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong — the underlying models have no live internet access and no guarantee of accuracy. You use it, and anything generated by it, at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Requests for clearly illegal content are declined automatically and shouldn't be attempted. Don't try to abuse, scrape, or circumvent rate limits on the service — every request costs real money to run.
Your content
What you type in is yours. The generated output is yours to use. If you use the Share feature, remember the resulting link is accessible to anyone who has it — don't share something you'd consider private.
Availability
This is an early-stage, single-person-maintained product. The service may change, break, or go down without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FATHmic and its creator aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on its output.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
